hi there all i am fairly new to CoH/CoV and was wondering about history badges...is there someway to get them. I.E. questing/contact...like i have a few badges already but was wondering how do i get these ones..any help would be nice ont his subject

History badges require you to visit several history plaques scattered throughout the different zones. You just have to click a plaque to 'collect' it. Once you've done that to all the plaques required for a history badge, you'll get the badge.
Take a look over here for more information about history badges.

Gameamp Badges helps with ALL the badges in the game! :)
Basically what Aurrius said is what you need to do for a history badge!

I decided to try and get the atlas medallion, i got te pupil, topdog, slayer, and the vampyre one but i still need spelunker, its a lower lvl mission and i cant get it. Is there anyway for me to still get it?

Hummm,
Yeah, the best thing to do is hang around Steel Canyon, and check if anyone there has 'Rescue the Fortune Teller' mission. That is the mission that gives the Spelunker.

A lot of people look for this mish and the ppl who have it charge A LOT of money for it.

You should also add the Badge Watch channel for whatever server you're on. I know Triumph's Badge Watch channel is called "Triumph Watch".

There are just as many high levels offering lots of inf to join a Fortune Teller mish so they can get the badge. I've never asked for inf, but I've received it as a thank you several times.
