Hi!
First time on the forum. And I've heard alot of good words...
Well, I'm looking for a build to an all elec... blaster. Does anyone have any suggestions of what powers I should take, and how to slot them?
I'm looking for an build that I can play solo with, but wich also suits for teamplay...

I'll wait for further information... But it seems like I may try your build.
Aurrius, may I ask why you haven't put any dmg, and other enhancements in Lighting Bolt. Is't not worth it or is the slots better needed at the other powers?
Thanks for the replies so far! :)

I personally felt I should focus on AoE powers, and not single target powers like Lightning Bolt, but I'm probably extremely wrong, lol!

Thudarpants wrote a very good guide on the Elec/Elec blaster, which can be found here:

Even though it was written some time ago, it appears he has updated it recently.

Thundar is the man on elec/elec. One thing I have seen in my elec recently is the need for acc. They seem to have a little problem there. End drain is good too. They seem to be weak on damage though.

I've played this alt to lvl 17, and so far I don't have any problems whit my acc.
But, I feel I could need some changes, but I don't really know what, since I don't know all the powers that good yet. But I was thinking about maybe Voltaic Sentinel?

Electricity has the same inherent accuracy as other blaster sets, with the exception of Archery which gets a 5% bonus. I have had times with all my characters where I thought their accuracy was broken, but it mostly just turned out to be my imagination. Standard attack slotting is usually 1 or 2 accuracies & 3 damages.
With regard to Voltaic Sentinel, I had this on my Electrical blaster. It is OK. Electricity is the only blaster to get a pet, which is nice. IIRC, it lasts for about 45 seconds and shoots Charged Bolts out randomly every 4-5 seconds. It is defintiely not a must-have power, IMO, but it's not terrible either.
Did you say you were level 17? I would definitely pick up Tesla Cage at 18 or, if you are in a rush to get Stamina, pick up Tesla Cage at 22. This is an absulutely wonderful power and increases your survivalbility, especially solo, tremendously.

I guess at some point I should have spotted this one!
You are thin on direct attacks compared to a lot of the other sets, so put as many slots into All of the Blasts that you can spare. Lightning Bolt is kinda slow to recharge so try to work in a recharge rate on that power ASAP.
Voltaic Sentinel is good for upping your DPS stats a little, but is more of a fun power than anything uber effective. It has it's uses, but it's not one of those gems you'll find in the set.
Tesla Cage is one of the best powers in the set. Especially because you squish quite easily as a Blaster. Probably one of the coolest looking holds in the game short of the Ice set.
Invest in one good melee attack, Havock Punch is good early on, and leave it on Auto. Some stupid mob will come up and get close to you. I personally like Thunder Strike, but the long animation is frustrating for a couple of different reasons, and as you can tell I have it anyhow.
Fitness is important to get started early on, like any Blaster.
This is what my Sapper build looks like. I utilize the End drain Secondary effect a lot, but it is totally situational and not always a good idea for my squishy butt! I don't use any hero planners. Just remember that your primary job is damage. Don't get too wrapped up in slotting the controllerish powers heavy until later in the levels.

Thanks for the reply Thundarpants!
To be honest, your build would probably suit me better then the one I'm following right now. But there's still a problem. I'm still quite new to this game, and don't know that much about how to slot the powers.
Would you mind tell me wich powers you slotted in wich lvl Thundar? :)

Here is my general rules for slotting blasters...
1) Slot attacks for accuracy first. Your greatest attacks won't mean squat if you miss the bad guy. Use that first slot for an accuracy.
2) Slot 3 damages into each attack. As a blaster, you are all about damage. Start with your highest damage power, get it 3-slotted for damage, then move on to your next most damaging attack.
3) Don't worry too much about getting hasten or slotting for recharge until you have stamina.
4) Invest in DO enhancements at level 12, SO's at 22, and IO's (regular and sets) at 35.

Thanks Electro. My main problem so far has been the slotting... Well, I stick to your advice, and I think I'll be a little more satisfied with my blaster.

One rule I follow for everyone that has an "attack" is to slot one accuracy and one endurance reducer until stamina.
My thinking is if you miss, you waste endurance. If you run out of endurance, you can't attack. If you can't attack, you don't kill anything. So if your wasting endurance on misses, you might as well waste less.
I think I'll put that little gem in the Tips section!
For blasters, I'd slot for damage starting with the third slot. While I'm still a lower level, I usually slot my main attack as soon as possible, even though it's not the most powerful.

Those are perfect rules for any Blaster basics for slotting. The only exception that I use is that after the first accuracy the hardest hitting attack tends to have a slow recharge and I set the second slot with a Rechrge Redux in it until I pick up Hasten. This is especially important with Electricity because you do not have many other filler blasts/attacks to add in and there will be a slight gap in your attack routine in the early levels.
I don't use any hero builders so I don't have any accurate level per slot advise, but this may help:
First two power selections get your single target blasts. At level 6 or 8 get your first pool power for Fitness. Either swift or hurdle(get one to offset your eventual movement power, i.e. Swift for Flight and Super Jump, or Hurdle if you are going to be a Super Speeder.) Take the next two slots after the Fitness pool selection and apply them to your Blasts.
Next power selection for your character should be the prelim for movement. As an Example, Hover. The next level after that, apply the slots again to those two primary attacks.
After that, you'll be getting powers that will need the slots that follow on the next level, but you should have beefed up your primary attacks enough to get you to the higher levels and some extra slots start opening up.
After you get your first two pool prelims chosen, and their slots allocated to the Blasts, you'll probably be picking up Ball Lightning and will want to start assigning slots to that with the next level, and if you can spare them as you progress.
