Some kids were shouting bad/racist things in LA, but the only thing was they say it in finnish..
There was about 5 finnish in that dist at that moment and 2 of those were doing that.
Can i report this or not? I know the majority of GW players won't even understand what they're saying, but still it is nasty. I'm guessing the people they shouted at will somehow understand that they're insulting them.
So my question is will anet do anything about it? Maybe should i post a dictionary as well? :P

As long as you have names, the time it was done, the location (along with district) and what was said, you should report it. Screenshots are helpful but not essential. If you understood it, there's a chance of course that others might have too. And in any case, no such behavior is acceptable on Guild Wars. By reporting them, you're doing your part to make Guild Wars a more pleasant and more mature world.
So go for it. :)

Well, that is an interesting dilemna. Did you take screenshots of their rude comments?
If so, you may as well send them to anet explaining that it is very rude in Finnish. Anet have access to things like Bebelfish, I'm sure they'd get the jist of it. The problem being: do they deem it innappropriate enough, seeing as only a small group of people would understand/be offended by the comments.
I'd definitely send the screens to anet, and then say you can explain more if necessary. Without screens though, there's not much point I don't think.

Reminds me of a situation about a year ago in Pre, where some British guys (at least they said they were British) were in a German district, calling the people the racists for being German and all the stuff (you know what I mean...)...
I thought about reporting them but I just changed the district cause it was pretty annoying...but yeah, I think such people should be reported.

[Ontopic] If you took screens, report it and they sure will get a warning, this will be all better for every player in guild wars :D.
