Bored

Lately im getting kinda bored with GW. Been everywhere and done just about everything with most classes.

Don't get me wrong I still love the game and get on just for the sake of getiing on, but has this happened to anyone else and any pionters to get over this.

Yep, im going through that phase :(

Really, just do whatever you want to do. Ignore farming just PvP, or kill Shiro/Abbadon again(cheers me up hehe), or tyr to make a new farming build(u may not but it keeps u busy)

Well, luckily Anet bring out some new toys for us to play with everynow and again to keep us occupied! :P GW:EN release is only a few weeks away, I'm keeping myself busy farming for all the new armour ^^

NF has been out for some time now and i think the feeing you have is shared by many others. Things i do to keep myelf busy is replaying older chapters for instance (working on a new ranger in proph for instance) high end areas with the guild and just have fun with the people :)

Anyway; GW:EN is due in 2 weeks :) id say; stack up materials and gold to buy new armours ;p

If you dont want to farm, gather mats, work on a ew char, enjoy he great game of Guild Wars...well you can try another game! When i get REALLY bored i pull out Oblivion Elder Scrolls or a Battlefeild or go play Halo. But that hasnt happned recently.....>> cause its getting etter and beter! :D sorta....=p

Moral of the story is that if you ge bored with guildwars which i dont know how you can rigt now.....you can gotry another game.....

Yes It's happened to me plenty of times...What I usually do is take a break from GW and play another game like a shooter or something.

well it you eat an oranges only everday then eventaully your gonna get sick of it, os try an apple or a parsnip....even be bold and have a mandiran

maybe try vanquishing or othe gw titles,HM and that...or farm like crazy

Well... I have a character of every class, so work to get them all to lvl 20, with +30 att points...

After getting that on a char, I tend to try to get 15k pieces, as well as getting all my heroes to lvl 20....

After that obviously try to finish the campaigns... I've only completed NF, am in the ring of fire in Proph, and the Kurzick/Luxon area in Factions....

Of course, with GW:EN just around the corner there should be plenty more of this to do soon :)

I just hope it's easy to earn a bit of gold as you go through GW:EN to buy the new armours (although I do try to conserve my cash...did whole of NF as paragon except Torment realm in 20AL with my paragon - that's starter armour!!! I was able to buy 2 pieces of primevil that way, however... shiny...)

I've started working on the legendary guardian title cuz I had nothing to do either and if I can't get past a mission I start playing battlefield to vent some frustration and after an hour or so I try again, will keep me busy long enough till GW:EN ;D

I do get bored with GW from time to time (12 level 20's completely decked out...lots of replay work there)

While waiting for EoTN, I did take a few weeks leave to play another game which was a nice break. I just came back a few days ago to work on farming more of a nest egg for EoTN.

That's the great thing about GW...it's extremely easy to leave off for a few weeks or months and then pick it up again without feeling that you've missed too much.

When EoTN is released, I've already warned my guildies on the other game that I'll be gone for a while, back to GW full-time when the new content is added!

I can totally see doing that, hehe. Kudos for skipping out on an unneccessary expense to save money for the shiny armor! *cheers*

I find Paras so ridicously hearty. Mine's Legendary Survivor and plays normally (I didn't cap my way to the title). See:

But yeah, back on topic...I think lots of people do something crazy and challenging just to entertain themselves. That's another good way to stave off creeping boredom...make up some unusual goal and work at achieving it! Might not make you rich or 'uber' but it's fun to test yourself :-)
