i have a mind / psy and i have fly
but im about to respec and i saw that fly is the worst power pool too slow ... for pvp at least ...
wich one i should take for me ? jump or speed ? or both ? if i take both wich one i should take first ?
people say that speed after u atack u cant active the power instantly after the atack they say that we have about 4 sec. to do that and the jump we can just atack and jump out
is that true ?

The Dev's suppressed the travel powers for a couple of seconds after you attack...this is with all the powers.
My take on it is this....choose which Travel power that best suites your needs. Fly may be slow, but in PvP, it can get you out of range Vertically where as the others won't be able to achieve that.
I'd say just go with what you feel is best suited for you. I always like to take Flight, personally.

If your desperate not to take flight take super jumping, not SS, cause SS is relativly useless across the rouge isles. Since SJ is closer to flight you'll feel more comfortable with it, and its what most PvP alts (on my server at least) have taken
But i too have stuck with Flight for my cor

I run both Superspeed and superjumping on my dominator and havent looked back :)

Also, for some unsupressed travel options, slot combat jumping and hurdle with (at least) 2 level 50 jump IOs.

lol, well all of my toons except my daughters has flight becuase, i have something called LAG....until i upgrade my computer or go and buy a laptop.
