EA has announced the release of four Mac OS X SPECIFIC GAMES! Battlefield 2142, Need For Speed Carbon, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars. The games will be launched this Tuesday, August 21. They also plan to launch Tiger Woods and Madden games in October.
Harry Potter is only $29.95, but the Wii version is great, so it may be worth picking up! Battlefield and Need For Speed Carbon are set at $39.95. Comand and Conquer is $49.95. SO worth it IMO!
I just saw the movie last night, I think im gonna explode with popcorn.

RE: EA Shows some love to Mac Users
Mac's....that kind of computer that I have no idea of what it is...or....um...
I take this time to use a lifeline and ask the audience. What's the real difference between Mac's and....what the heck do I use? PC? I'm gonna just stop talking about this, before I blow my popcorn too. And I come with free extra butter!

personally i think the difference is that MAC is more stable. other then that they do the same as any PC well except for the whole game thing. Makes run so smooth...for example. on my PC when i log out of WoW i have to wait a few minutes for it to close and then a few more before my PC stops processing crap. With my MAC as soon as i press exit on WoW it fades to my desktop without slowing down. i don't know personally i just NEVER have problems with my MAC. People stay away because its a different operating system to adjust too, but it's not hard to learn...if you use a comp you can figure it out quite easily. Anyways thanks for letting us know about this Dru, i am very VERY VERY VERY EXCITED! HOOOORAY!
Pre OS X Macs were a joke and I refused to consider buying one. I picked up a MacBook a couple of months ago and I love it. It's built on unix and I've turned it off/shut it down maybe five times since I've bought it. My wintel machine gets angry after a couple of days. I'm dreading when I have to upgrade that bad boy to Vista. Now if they would only put CoX on Mac.

Well cant you just run Vista on your mac? I thought you guys could duel boot now with either OS or is that only on the new PowerBook...anyway then you could play CoX and just press properties "Play in XP SP2" mode. Ooo yeah good times...wait that makes Mac PowerBooks like the best laptop out there?! ZOMG MUST GO BUY ONE!
Anyway yeah Apple is doing some good stuff...Intel Core 2 Duo chips, duel booting with vista or OSX....yummy graphics and games. They arent dummies over there.
