Well
I've gotten 140/141 of Elonian Elites
"Incoming!" is the last one I need
so I go to capture it from Kunan the Loudmouth and *gasp* he's not there
I figure there must be an explanation for this, so I check Wiki, and I make sure to have completed all the necessary quests
Then i go out to look for him again, and HES NOT THERE
I check all the areas around where wiki said he'd be, but no luck
I zone and re-zone, hoping to see him
but nope, he's never there
does anyone know anything about this, or am I missing
something?

Well, from what ive read, you need to do that Extinction quest. Why he isnt spawning i have no idea if youve done the quest

Wow i should've read more on wiki
I didnt't think to try that boss in Desperate Measures

btw I did have Extinction complete, so I'm not sure why Kunan didn't spawn.
