Not sure if ABing is always the quickest way to get Kurzick. Becuase you don't know how long thebattle will take or if you are going to win its kind of a gamble.
IMO the fastest, and most profitable, way to get Kurcik faction is to do FFF (Fast faction farming) basicaly you repeat the quest in Melanderous hope (right outside the conservatory) over adn over again. Each run take ~2-3 min and you get @K exp, 400 faction, and 150 gold. I average about 10K faction/3.75K gold an hour with a good group.
As for Luxon I think the quickest way is ABing as they don't have an equivelent type quest (to my knowledge).
LB/SS farming I would say the above link is the fastest way.

It's the Securing Echovald Forest quest, you get it from the guy just outside the door. It's usually done with 4 a/r with a doorman. The best way to get luxon faction is the The Jade Arena quest leaving from Breaker Hollow.
