Need Canthan Cartographer Help

Hi, I'm at 99.0 % and getting kinda desperate, so any help is appreciated and will result in +credit, thanks :)

You're not making me feel good here, those are all areas I've missed too, and was just hoping that I'd get to 100% anyways since there should be some leeway. So I can't offer any help, but good luck getting to max, and I'm apparently going to need it too.

yea like he said wall hug thats all u can do really. Im sure theres an extra part in Cantha were only the guild who owns the town can only go. Is that right??

Try not to rely on that programme too much. The zoomed-in maps over at TC Fish's Aquarium are more accurate and might be able to highlight some areas you haven't got yet. What I did was play the game windowed, open the minimap up and stretch it to cover the entire screen, and line up that image by tabbing to the corresponding map on TC Fish. Then switching between the two, you can see which bits change. There's no clouds or outposts on those maps so it makes comparing much easier.

Also don't forget to scrape towns and outposts themselves.

Unfortunately wall hugging is how most of those places were gotten. Seems like it took forever but it was worth it in the long run.

As far as the area where you need to get banished. Once you get into the area with him head to the right corner and flag any heros and henchies there. Then once you get Shiro to banish you down there, you have to take out the spirits and hug the edge of the cliff most of the way up.

I only got my canthan GMC about 2 hours ago using the cartography mod and the other day I got tyrian GMC and I mean it when I say this but in my opinion cantha was much harder for me to map than tyria was so good luck with your last 1% it took me nearly 2 full days to get the last 0.2% >.<

I believe what doesnt kill you only makes you STRANGER!!?

Just a question on this myself. I curretnly have 99.8% i have been comparing with various 100% maps i can find plus i've also gave the 'cartographer made easy mod' ago, i'm pretty sure i have everything the mod+ the 100% maps i have been comparing with. The Only part i dont have is the Shing Jea Starter bit where Canthan characters start. So My Question - Do i need to wait for a festival to come to Shing Jea so i can claim hopefully 0.2%?

And what I'm really asking for is which explorable area these places are in, cos most of them are on/near borders and i can't get them!

It looks like you need to edge walk inside of Boreas Seabed (after going over the bridge inside the town) and possibly the same with Zin Ku corridor (if it's the one in factions with access to fow/uw, try that part of the city).

For most of the others, it looks like you will need to go edge walk some more. The one on shing jae island may be cleared from the other side of the "mountain" if it's close enough. Otherwise: edgewalk, edgewalk, edgewalk.

What helped me in my Tyria title was to walk at various angles towards the way as well as walking in different directions. I noticed that some parts are only cleared in certain directions and at certain speeds.

Okay, I just put up TexMod to compare your spots to mine on my 100%.
1) I have that same spot and couldn't find out how to get it.
2) Mine has a small dark line (sideways) that is probably part of the border so you should be able to get that one. Try from inside of Boreas Seabed outpost.
3) The right of Zin Ku Corridor looks like you need to be inside the outpost, near the entrance to UW/FoW or near the exit to Sunjiang District. For the two lines, I was only able to get the horizontal line from sidewalking, I still have the vertical line.
4) You should be able to clear more after getting banished. I got a little further up on my map, but still had a little bit unexplored in the corner compared to cato. made easy mod.
5) It looks like you will need to clear this spot from Sunqua Vale. Although edgewalking Panjiang Peninsula or Tsumei Village may work.
6) That spot may be reachable from Zen Daijun explorable, near Seitjung Harbor. Otherwise, good luck getting into the Overlook ;P
7) I'm pretty sure that one is in Arborstone Explorable. Leaving from Altrumn Ruins for a long walk :P
8) You got more in that spot than I did; Your guess is as good as mine.

And, on a side note, did you get the area behind Eredon Terrace? There is probably an extra ~1% back there:
