Well, since I got my hands on it earlier than everyone else again, I thought I share some thoughts.
As probably many of you know, the preorder box was a bit disappointing: besides the weapons and the preview weekend, it only offered a CD containing the Nightfall trailer and the online installer.
The GW:EN box holds some more candies though. Not only it contains a cool collectable game activation card again (featuring Jora, the Norn warrior also seen on the box cover), it also has a large (I'd say A3) map of the GW:EN dungeon locations - including the Tarnished Coast found south of Maguuma. The DVD contains the offlien installer, and the two GW:EN trailers in several languages. Of course there's the obvious merchandise leaflets. Oh, and the manu... it's really small (18 pages), though it obviously doesn't have to contain all the infos the main games had. It lists the NPCs (Kilroy Stonekin maces a comeback!) and the Heros (yes, Gwen is a mesmer), and the inevitable flavour text to the campaign.
I'll add pictures to my picasa album as soon as I scan them (and as soon as I recharge my batteries to my camera).

The hungarian shop CD Galaxis tend to sell it earlier than the official release. I got NF preorder one week before release, I got NF CE one week before release (was bragging about those as well... :P )

Thats very awsome, did you get acess to GW:EN if you entered the code, or do you have to wait, as us mortals for the release date until you can play? :p

I have to wait. Though I'm not a mere mortal, because (due to the preorder pack) I can play this weekend as well.
...and I'll be using a hax to get the box and get the bonus mission pack as well... :P

I see that the manual and map are now available online too. Im not going to feel like I'm missing out by buying it online now (want those bonus missions).

Dungeons look like fun, I'm especially interested in the one half way up the Shiverpeaks...looks like it could be up by that unused Grenth statue, kinda where the chest used to be.
This seems as good a place as any for me to say that this is me making my comeback (not my sly few hours a month or so ago) since I now have a house & I've single handedly beaten BT and a nice ISP into letting me back onto the tinternets. Unfortunately my PC isn't happy after the move but once I have it healed I'll be back in game as well.
Anyway since I've missed quite a bit inc. the GW:EN preview, back on the 10th I think it was despite buying the preorder pack, so would someone like to give me a quick rundown of changes & juicy tid-bits just to put me back in the loop??
I think bullet points will be acceptable but I will deduct marks for poor spelling & grammar.

I think you are referring to the PvP skills balance preview.
The sneak peek event for the PvE area is tomorrow :)

Yaay, welcome back!
I dunno when you've left, but I know a lot of things has changed during my break. Sup vigor is 10K, for a starter. Almost all armors (including Prophecies and Factions armor) are insignia based like in NF. Erm... what else? Oh. The repetitive weekend "events" stayed.

nice find all.
Anyone else notice on the GW:EN map the City, labelled as 'Rata Sum', seems to be in the same place as the prophecies location Magumma Stade. Do you think there could be a linking of explorable areas there?
