My friends INSISTS that once you pre-order GW:EN from the online shop you automatically get GW:EN when its released and don't have to pay.
Can anyone help me prove him wrong? its making me mad. -_-'

That is false. I'm gonna use USD prices for this. If you purchase the Pre-Order for GW:EN for 4.99 USD, that price will be taken off of GW:EN when you buy it from the online store. So if you purchase the Pre-Order, then you will pay 34.98/9 USD. You will not get the game for free.

Oh well i bought pre order in game store and i put 5 bucks down before that on a physical copy of gwen from gameastop so i dunno where ill purchase from...

If you purchase GW:EotN Preorder and GW:EotN, you can buy GW:EotN for 30 Euro. so you get the Pre-order free.

Hmm. For UK-based people it's much cheaper at Sendit.com, preordered a hard copy of gwen from there for £14.98 which is half the price of the GW official store.

By shiny bonus pack you mean the slim DVD case with exactly the same cover as the normal box, and a CD which contains the Nightfall trailer and the online installer (the one downloadable from guildwars.com)?
That's not a loss.

I bought 2 Pre-Order Bonus packs (1 for each account) for 0.99 Euros (store got the pricing wrong...) and ordered 2 copies of GW:EN at Amazon...just hope they'll ship them in time.
