Well if you have flight get soaring it gives out stealth when activated.
Its a good combo.
And umm un-welcome to the site! (villains way to say welcome to the site)

Get a +Stealth IO (Celerity, Unbounded Leap and the Flight/Teleport sets that I've forgotten), and +recharge.
Basically you will want to go for as much +recharge/accuracy/tohit as possible.

I was under the impression that the +Stealth IO's no longer stacked with Hide and Stealth.
Thought I remembered seeing it in one of the patch notes.
I could be wrong though as I commonly am.

They didn't stack for a while, but that bug ought to be fixed now.

Hey i got another question, besides the stealth io waht Io's are good for a Spine/regen, so far i have 2 Smashing-Disorient, on As, i have Da, Disorient on Impale and i have heard the slow recharge decimation made good for a bit any ideas? oh yea and thx for the previous posts :)
