youd almost think with it being a dolyak rod that it would be for monk...maybe its a multiclass staff?

Req tad too high to be fully perfect, usually req 9 or even 8 is superperfect.

Ya but the mods are max except for the incription. Anyone suggest a good instription for this? I am going to start using Air magic on my Ele.
