GW:EN preoder not working?

I tried to buy pre-order this morning and it says already purchased, what should i do, i wanna try it out!!

ya, same problem for me, and i tried going to PlayNC, but i cant remember my old account and password and stuff D: and i tried making a new one but it says i cant buy it cause i have to have one of the other campaigns D: (has all 3) i also tried adding my game serial things to it (it has a thing for it there) but its says they are all invalid) D:

One of my guildies had to do it through the plaync store rather than the ingame store.

ok, im on my plaync account but it says i need to own a previous campaign, i have all 3...what??

I have the same problem, but i guess that you can't buy the pre-order anymore because it has already started.

thats just f****d up =/. I have to turn off my guild and alliance chat because all everyone is talking about is GW:EN and its making me feel bad >_<

I dont have to turn off chat till tonight because my allaince doesnt get busy till nightime but...damn...that sucks, dont you think for anets sake they would keep it up, i mean, its still good money...

ok has anyone found a solution to the plaync store thing? Every time I click the buy now button for the pre-order I get this message.

the preorder has been avalible via the online store for months? why did you w8 until the last minute to get it :S

i hope they release the full gwen soon on the online store, becus i fear that they wont be able to accomodate all the players who wanna buy it from there (to get the mission pack) if they release it on the 31st

well. i have the pre and all was fine till i looged on, every 15-20 mins u get e dissconnect rest of the time you either DL or lag, so i hope they will extend or do this pre release oncemore. or just freakin buy new provider. Lag and connections problems seem to get worse and worse.

Right now im thinking what a waste of my doe. to buy this crap.
I rather try dl 400 Gb porn than get disconnected all the time.
anyhuh got alittel steam off ther, im so dissaponted in Anet...

Btw. what the point of havin US, EU ,Jap districts ?

To all you who can play without reconnet every 15mins. gz man i envy you.

It was a bug. they just fixed it. So close out your GW client and try again.

when the preview started this morning here (holland), people were talking good about it so i decided buying it, i saw it yesterday in the store.
i bought it today, and just started EotN, it works perfect so...
