Had this shield drop this morning in GW:EN.
I really should take a better picture, with better lighting.
Of course I don't have a paragon to put it on either.

yeah i also killed this guy( 2 headed dog thing) and his spawns :) but no shield for me :P
i liek the note to travelers before you get to him :D

Yea, try Kamadan, ive sold many Shagu's Anthems for 7-10k each there :)
