For those of you who ordered or are going to order GWEN via the internet, you know that you won't get the little booklet, map and other things that comes with the box.
Well fret no more!
The official Guild Wars website has them online!
The manual can be found here
The map can be found here
You probably can print these out and staple them together!
Now, I pre-ordered GW:EN and got the bonus pack, but no map or manual? Does it come with the Full Game on the 31st or The Bonus Pack? *Is confused*

Sorry for the late reply back. Question might have already been answered, but here goes. :D
If you bought it online via the GW Online Store or PlayNC, or maybe even a game retailer that gave you a key online, you will not get the Map and Manual, and that goes for the retail game. That is why they have the Map and Manual for download at guildwars.com. Though there are bonus' to buying it online. If you spend 29 USD or more, then you will get the Bonus Mission pack (with 4 extra missions), due in November. :)

RE: GW-EN Order

Will we be able to get the CE (if there is one) from the store? Will we be able to get the game proper before the launch this weekend?
^_^
There is no CE for GW:EN as it's only an expansion, not a full game, so no, you will not be able to purchase this.
Shops will already have the physical copy of GW:EN in their store rooms, times for when they go on sale will differ from country to country. That won't affect the fact that the game will not be playable until Anet activates it. As for buying the full game from the store, you are able to buy it in the store, and it will automatically add the code to your account, I believe, so once the server update is made to make GW:EN live, you should be able to play straight away. If you've bought a hard copy you'll also need to wait for the servers to go live, but will have to have put the code in before you will be able to play.
