so i was thinking (and i will post about this on the Villains side) there should be a SpecOps-type villain group. Some of the ampers who were on earlier and I came up with BlackOps, the agents of the government who are still with the mysterious Nanite program. The SpecOps Squadron are the agents who have broken out of their mind control trances, and the BlackOps Agents are ready to find these renegade super-soldiers and take them down.
anyways, anyone who wants to can make a BlackOps person, same costumes as the SpecOps ones, but make them a little darker-looking, and feel free to customize a bit, like one of mine has a jacket added, another is in a different shirt, but keep it basically the same.
