Heart of the Shiverpeaks 
I somehow got myself into this Battledepths place located close to the Eye of the North. And I'm exploring the cave and I notice a warp portal. And while I'm holding down alt I can see that there's a sign that says Heart of the Shiverpeaks. Now about the past half hour I've been trying to get there, but I haven't been able to find a path to the portal.

Anybody know if it is possible to get there?
