You have to register an account.
Afterwards you have to send an email to: wedstrijd@gamequarter.be
In this mail you have to mention the nickname you used to register to gamequarter.be . After a while they will send you a key, if its true ^^ (registered a few min ago so i'll know by tomorrow)

if one wanted such an item (which is likely illigal even tho i have not looked deeply into it) then a free online translator whould be available to employ to translate afformentioned website into english or whichever you primary language may be. That being said, nothing is really free, and i assume that there are strings attached to this. And following along with my assumtions i would also assume that this is most likely illigal much like the gold sellers.
My advise would be to fork out the meger couple of GBP/euros/$ and buy one rather than run the risk of breaking any laws or upsetting a-net or worse, risking your account.
