Alright, I just don't get it. My guildmate is saying he is still in GWEN, he just got the Bison Cup.
He might be lying, but why would he? He says even other people are with him in the same district.
Is it a bug that affects only a privileged few???

He says he added the GWEN full game Code to the Preview Code and now he is there, playing with GWEN.

Nope, they quit. One of them had the Hero bug, went to RA to cancel it out. Then added the GWEN code and voila, he is playing GWEN. Currently farming Glacial Stones or what.
So annoying that I can't play :'(

Wouldn't they have special gwen servers? IO left all my chars in GW:en, get taken to NF when I log in...

For the same reason people lie about anything...so that others take notice. I for one would like some proof. A screenshot with timestamp would do me...something like this...
Shows creation date, if it's been modified & when it was last accessed. Should be enough to prove they are actually in game now. Damn I'm a sceptic aren't I!

in my opinion i dont think anyone is in EotN becuase i distinctly remember everyone(including myself) get the infamous "error 7" at 12:01 am (pacific time)and everyone trying to go back but couldnt.

He said he will post a pic on our forum.
And he also told other members of our guild to go ahead add the GWEN key to the account and they can continue playing GWEN as well.

Doesn't mean a thing.
If he is a ''respected'' Member, Officer or Leader there, he could pull of a big prank aswell, and if people would respect him, it would be so much easier for them to believe it :P
Not saying its true, but hey, everyone pulls pranks sometimes, maybe a bit of a waste for that truth-telling opinion people have about ya, but wth, sometimes you just gotta have fun ^^

Apparently he was speaking the truth, confirmed by Anet itself:
Update Notes:
Fixed an unintended bug that let players who already added the final GW:EN key to their account play in the preview territories.
Nice, one day extra GWEN for those lucky.
