Took me 1 Day of Non-Stop Grinding to find them.

Get it as a reward in the Raven's Point dungeon.
Sword of the Kinslayer
Slashing Dmg: 15-22 (req. 9 Swordsmanship)
Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)
Life stealing 3
Health regeneration -1
Health +30
Get it from the chest after completing Frostmaw's Burrows.
Jormungand's Thunder
Blunt damage 19-35 (req. 9 Hammer Mastery)
Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)
Armor penetration +20% (Chance: 20%)
Health +30
This hammer is dropped by Jormungand (wurm)
Taameh's Scythe
Slashing Dmg: 9-41 (req. 9 Scythe Mastery)

Enchantments last 20% longer
You can get this scythe from Taahem The Frigid in Bjora Marches.
Myish's Scythe

This Green, I got from Myish, Lady of the Lake in Drakkar Lake.

I actually got this green from a friend who completed FrostMaws Burrows.

I got this(known as the GWEN sheild) by a Fenrir in Norrhart Domains.
