looking on sites about this build i understand or find nothing. They speak about some skills and +10 health regen, about using a grim cesta (what is this focus and what special attributes he have??).
So i want to know especially what skills or items can drop the health to 55 but i think is about using 5 sup monk runes, but these stack?? If u use 2 runes with +3 to healing prayers u ill not have +6 to healing i think.

Basically you equip 5 superiro runes
1 healing
1 protection
1 smiting
1 Divine
1 Cheapest one you can find
Use the grim cesta you get from the Cities of Ascolon quest
Stats
Energy +6 (req. 5 Blood Magic)
Health -50
Energy +3 (while enchanted)
Energy +3 (while hexed)
Energy +5 (while Health is below 40%)
Many guides on this but here are the basics
First the protection/healing
Protective spirit
Choice of - healing breeze, restfull breeze, mystic regeneration
Then Energy managemenr
Esssence bond
Balthazars spirit
Blessed signet (optional)
Damage
Shield of Judgement
Choices - holy strike, signet of mystic wrath, other...
Enchament buff
There are many variation in regards to the damage options and attributes but that is the basic idea. You want to set the attributes to give your enchanment a decent duration while maintaining the damage output of SoJ
Good luck and search the archive for 55, invicimonk, invincable monk, 55 monk ..... good luck
The true test of any technology is its ability to obtain porn.

The trick is as follows:
put sup runes on all armour pieces. this will drop your health to 105.
The Grim Cesta is an item you get from an NPC in Ascalon after finishing a quest where you visit 3 places in the old ascalon area (his name is something with historian i think; At the dragon painting go left, take the stairs down and there he is. He gives 2 quests; one involves visiting the 3 places). The cesta has a -50 HP mod on it. Equipping it will drop your health to 55.
As for skills: the most common used is the build for undead farming in the first city, gates of kryta and outside bergen hot spring:
- Blessed Aura
- Balthazars Aura
- free slot. Popular ones are divine intervention, shielding hands and retribution
- Protective Spirit
- Mystic Regeneration (+ health regen for each enchant you maintain; thats how the +8-10 HP regen gets there)
- Shield of Absorption
- Shield of Judgement
- Blessed Signet
Hope this answers your questions a bit ^^

hm already know these links, but i wanted to know more. For example where is the point to have 55 health, is a must because the damage ill be lower or something or is a must cuz u need all these runes and these drop your health?
and why to use a grim cesta with -50 hp? is like a suicide. Or the point is to have exactly 55 HP? why?

You want as low health as posible, its just that 55 is the lowest you can go.
And why, well because:
Regenation has higher effect if you have lower health
Example; it takes longer time to regen 555 health, instead of 55 health, which would regen pretty fast.
And to prevent you from dying from 1 hit with 55 health, you use protective spirit so you only take 5 damage, while you regen alot more then 5 health per second

heres how it works, you get your health to 55 hp
so that protective spirit when used will make any dmg you get become 5 dmg,
then you use your healing skills ( healing breeze etc) to gain 5 health back
so you keep taking small amounts of damage and keep healing quick

check it out. its like this
Lowering your health to 55 hp
and using Protective Spirit makes damages
lower to 5
if u had 66 hp
and using Protective Spirit makes damages
lower to 6
you see...
the arrows the show on your energy bar and health bar
if your using regenerations, are called Pips.
Lowering your hp to 55, uing Protective Spirit,
lowering the damages to 5, and using healing breeze,
1 health pips = 2-3hp in 1/4 of a second,
now imagine 8-10 health pips,
thats 16-30hp every 1/4 of a second
so 55hp and 16-30hp every 1/4 of a second,
thats like... hard to kill because
you regenerate fast health back.
HOPE THIS ANSWERS YOUR QUESTION!

or u can do total damage reduction using Shielding hand and Shield of Absorption. This works best when u gather huge mobs at 1 time. It's smart to bring healing breeze/mystic regen when u do tis if there is a lot of degen in the area to.
The 600 is also a variant of this which involves raising ur health to 600ish and using PS to keep damage below the 100's. Then u spam Spirit Bond which heals u 70-100 when ever u take more then 60 damage (this takes effect before PS). U should also bring SoA to help heal u for a bit more (or take the sting out of killing things that don't do 60+ damage). When ur dual farming u should bring SB, If solo u should bring SoJ. bring Essence Bond and Balth. Spirit as long as Blessed Aura to make ur enchanments last longer.
