What is the best OVERALL blaster set for groups, PVE, and PvP?
I would like to know the best combo and best Prim and Secondary.

Best for PvP is probably Ice/EM....they just seem to own in PvP...

i'm trying to stay away from EM since i lvl'ed an EM brute and stalker already.
kind of bored of that set....
what would you pick as a 2nd best secondary then?
Ice/???

well if u want to pvp and pve archery isnt that great in pvp but i'd be glad 2 give you a ice/dev blaster build :)
(ice/dev's are the stalker hunters if u didnt know ;))

I'd go for either Fire/Ice or Ice/Fire. Both have very strong attacks and the secondaries are lovely as well. /Ice Manipulation is exceptionally good for PvP.
If you want a build... just ask!

Stalker/brute EM is very different from the blaster version. Only a few powers are the same, the rest are very nice utility powers. Power boost and boost range are the main reasons EM is at the top when it comes to PvP.
But if you're really adamant on not going with EM then go with either /elec or /devices. There really are no other choices for PvP.
Fire/(em/elec/devices)
Ice/(em/elec/devices) or
Sonic/(em/elec)
