Put together a PvP build for my lvl37 spines/regen scrapper for when i respec him, any comments? I plan to use this in Sirens Call and Warburg, though occasionally solo-PvE.
1 Lunge/Fast Healing
2 Reconstruction
4 Quick Recovery
6 Build Up
8 Impale
10 Dull Pain
12 Combat Jumping
14 Super Jump
16 Integration
18 Swift
20 Health
22 Stamina
24 Hasten
26 Ripper
28 Instant Healing
30 Assault
32 Tactics
35 Revive
(If I ever get to lvl50 on this character, I'll get these powers...)
38 Moment of Glory
41 Focused Accuracy
44 Laser Beam Eyes
47 Conserve Power
49 Energy Torrent
Attack Chain: Hit Build Up, open up with Impale to stop them from moving, Ripper, Lunge, then repeat. Hasten should allow me to keep this up for a while.

Looks good to me.
One thing though: if you're going to PvP I'd swap out Energy Torrent and Laser Beam Eyes, and get Super Speed and Hurdle or something.

well...Make sure you get Quills! it gets those pesky stalkers to leave ya alone *_*
