Well, my Dark/Dark scrapper, Twilight Servant, has just hit lv.6. He is pretty fun to play and easy to solo at the moment. But, I really have no experience with the dark powersets, I just thought i'd try them and see if they are any good. Sooooo.....I was wondering if anybody could help me out a little, maybe post a build. Here are the powers I have so far at Lv.6:
Dark Melee: Dark Punch, Smite, Shadow Maul
Dark Armor: Dark Embrace, Murky Cloud
At Lv. 8 I plan to get Swift, at 10 Obsidian Shield, at 12 Combat Jumping and at 14 SJ. After that im not sure what to choose. Any help would be greatly appreciated, especially with the slotting.

In my mind you couldn't have picked a better power set for a scrapper. I sounds like you've got the basics going pretty well. For travel I recommend the leaping set. The additional protection is nice and when you make level acrobatics is wonderful. The shields are also great. You get protection from most every type of damage including psy. Also you'll be able to last through battles by draining all the bad guys. I would post my build but I'm out of town right now and my Mac won't run the character builder.

It gives some pretty in depth info and I think it will help. I used it when I started making Dark Judge (also my first 50) and it was extremely helpful. Plus it has been updated.

I would say all of the primary powers are useful, except for confront. As far as the /dark powers, i have no experience, but here are some facts. You definitely need leaping pool and get Acrobatics, since no knockback protection from shields. Fitness is mandatory, one word Stamina. Get all your shields, the healing power, and anything else you think would be necessary. Every power can be useful, see what suits you best.
Sorry I couldn't be more help. I'm sure someone has experience with Dark Armor. I've worked with the dark/ set and had fun with it. Have fun with your build, and try out different powers to see what you like best.

Oh, and as for slotting:
Attacks- 3 Damage 2 Accuracy 1 End.Rdx or Recharge Redx.
Siphon life- 2 damage 2 heal 2 acc
Shields/Toggles- 1 Endurance Redx. 3 Defense buff or 3 Damage Resist.
Put 1 endurance redx in all your shields and toggles, and 6 slot all your attacks. Remember: only slot 3 of the same kind of enhancement for each power. Anymore would be a waste. Example, only use 3 damage enhancements, not 4. Hope this helps.
