The character selection screen, character creation screen and the in-game screen are all messed up in the same way. The screen is shifted to the left and the left part that's cut off, which is like 1/3 of the screen, is shown on the right side (like a split-screen) and is in black and white, no other colors whatsoever. Anything that can fix this?

I'll second the video driver issue.
Was this something that recently started happening or has it happened since installing the game?

Oh nevermind! Fixed it! ^^ I just got a new pc and the vid card supports several features that my old one didn't. So I had to change my graphics settings since they were on default and I didn't know about the extra features that are now supported. Thanks for responding though. ^_^
