| Will my computer play Doom 3? |

I want to know if my comp will play Doom 3 and what level of gameplay I should expect.
Processor:AMD Athlon XP 1500+
RAM:256 but soon to be 512
Video Card:Nvidia Geforce MX 4000
if you need any other stats just ask

currently NO don't even atempt it. At the lowest details your frame rate will tank.
First off get 512 ram if you hope to do anything.
a cpu and gfx upgrade would help also. However if you can hit 512 ram, and tinker with your drivers you could run it at lowest, and get a decent frame rate

I am running the following system:
AMD Athlon 2200+ (speed of 1.79 GHZ)
512 MB DDR400
NVIDIA GEFORCE 4 MM440 64MB
I wouldnt say it runs perfectly, but it runs very well in normal levels. But when I reached Hell, it lagged a lot because of the animations(floating stones, bursts of flames, rivers etc...), but still playable :)

How well my computer will play Doom 3? Here are my specs:
Processor: AMD Athlon 64 fx-55
Video Card: 2kpl BFG Geforce 6800 Ultra 512MB OC
2GT,533mhz ddr2
and later i`m going to by another 2GT of memory.
