im just curious on why i keep receiving hooks and page errors...is there a problem with the site, or is it just me? id really like this solved, as I love the site and use it for reference multiple times a day, but havnt been able to due to the problems...thanks for any help or feedback

Could you specifically tell us which links are like that? Although I can't do anything about it, I can still play Sherlock Homes and figure out the mystery as to what's broken, that way, the Big Boys and Gals won't have to work so hard. And don't forget, some of it is the Host of the website, not the actual website itself. Be patient, someone'll get this fixed.....if I don't fix it first!
*Runs off to fix website, only to realize he can't do anything about it, and returns to forums to scavenge for dignity*

ah, sorry....well, anything on the navigation bar( the horizontal bar that says Zones - Quests - Items - Creatures - Reputation - Recipes - Guilds - Uberpages - ampwow
thats pretty much where the problems are for me, and those links are what i use for reference when finding locations and drop information, quest details, and things like that.

It just means the links are currently broken...Dru will have to contact the web site guys since I don't know how to get in touch with them :p

I believe that the devs may be updating the AmpWoW part of the site that is our database which is causeing the bugs. I am sure that it will be fixed very soon, I know it has been down for about 24 hours now. I expect it will be back within a day or two.
As soon as I have any confirmed information I will let you know, until then you can post any and all questions here and I am sure most of the ampers can help one another!

PS... for those of you that saw the dope ars lastnight, reference above because THAT is how you report a problem and ask a question!!!! Polite, nice and try your best to describe the problem without insulting the site or people!!!

ah, thank you very much for the feedback, and i will continue patiently to wait while the problem is resolved. I just wasnt sure if anybody had known about it or not..also, on the main gameamp.com site, under the game listing link, only a few games are listed, which leads me to believe there must be some updates taking place on the server or something along the lings. once again, thank you very much for the feedback, and i look forward to the continue greatness of gameamp and its subsites.

The AmpWoW site is now officially "fixed" if you or anyone see any other problems please let me know so I can poke the devs.
As for the other sites, we have many other sites on the gameamp network, If there is something not on the list that you are interested in and wondering if we have a site for it, you can access them through my profile. Under "Network Credibility Listings" "View Full 27 Games" that is a listing of all the public sites on GameAmp currently and all the ones I check into each week.
The other option is to talk about the game you are interested in at the forum "This Week in MMO News" hosted right here on the WoW GameAmp website, until we get a general site up.
If a site is not on "The List" it is not officially supported by the developers any longer, meaning any staff on that site have asked to become staff, we do not actively recruit them or the site is simply unstaffed besides me checking in every so often. It also means you may not get a response right away but I encourage everyone to check out our other sites because who knows, EQ2 got on the list again, maybe your favorite game will too!

kewl thank you..but as for the other sites not being on the list, it was previously on the list of sub sites, and half was gone...if you click on Game Directory, it only goes to Dungeon Runners, where previously, the list had several other games that ended in World of Warcraft. Im not really interested in the otehr games, i was just trying to let you know that there was another error there. Now i dont know if there truely is a problem, but i just noticed that what was once there is now gone. It is still possible to get to those game sites that arent under the directory by using the Jump to a Game menu.
But as to the navigation of the WoW subsite, all the hook errors i was receiving for a while are gone now, and you dont know how happy i am for that. Many thanks goes to all of the gameamp staff, and thank you very much Dru for the updates and feedback. Many others in game use some thottbot thing, but ive found that there is much info not listed there, that ive found here and i will continue to refer people to using gameamp for research and a place to find all of the latest gaming news. I look forward to using gameamp for a long time to come.

thanks for the positive feedback, I will let them know there may possibly be an issue on that page loading, we have had issues with the hosting servers for the site, which may be causing that.
As for thottbot...Well Thottbot, Allakhazam and now WoWhead are now all owned by the same gaming conglomerate that also owns many gold selling websites and also take funding from gold selling companies to run gold selling ads on their sites. We may have the occational gold selling ad but that is Google's fault and Google is recieving the money from them NOT US! Plus thottbot has flamers up the ars! lol
So I always put it this way, go to wowhead if gameamp doesnt have something you need but remember everytime you visit that site you are supporting gold sellers. So if you patron that site often dont turn around and complain about gold spam!
