Here is the traditional Barrage/Pet build...
Barrage Pet
-Template

--Ranger/Monk
-Attribute Points
--Marskmanship = 16 (12+1+3)
--Expertise = 13 (12+1)
--Protection = 3 (3)
-Skills
--Barrage (E) Core
--Distracting Shot Core

--Concussion Shot Core
--Open
--Comfort Animal Core
--Charm Animal Core
--Rebirth Core
-Armor
--I prefer my armor to be inscribed with the Radiant rune.
-Weapon
--I currently use Drago's Flatbow, but I do like any Flatbow or Hornbow with a Sundering or Zealous Bow String.
-Notes
--This build is mainly used for Barrage Pet team builds. In the open slot, put which ever spirit is needed.

Now, the Critical and Splinter Barrager builds can work inplace of the standard Barrage Pet build, I supplied, just change out Whirling Defense and Favorable Winds for Charm and Comfort Animal. :)

This is what I use for b/p ing:
Marksmanship 16(12+3+1)
Expertise 11(10+1)
Beastmastery 9(8+1)
Prot-the rest
Barrage-elite-core
Charm Animal-core
Comfort animal-core
spirit
distracting shot-core
Throw dirt-core
Tiger's fuy-prophecies
rebirth-core
I like to use full radiant armor with a superior vigor and attunement as the last two rune spots.
My bow of choice is Chkkr's Flatbow( zealous, 15/-10,+30)
