Sorry, i don't think you can upgrade graphics card in notebooks.
The problem lies in the philosophy of notebooks - u want your notebook be slim and light and long lasting battery.
So producer integrates everything he can into motherboard that means very energy efficient graphic cards. Better cards need more power supply that means shorter battery life or heavier notebook.
If you want to change graphics card in notebook, it is better to go out and buy another notebook. I've heard about notebooks with 2 different graphic cards - one for working on battery and second for working while charging (faster better graphic).
You could also try to buy some more memory for your notebook. Because your graphics card is integrated with motherboard and it shares memory of your computer (substractring it form total free memory) - if u have 512 MB of RAM, your card will take 128 MB so you will have only 384 MB left and that is very low for winXP
I would recommend buying 1GB if you cannot afford new notebook.

Then the only suggestion I have for u is not the cheapest :(
U could try to reduce resolution of GW while playing function key - F11 will bring up menu,
lowering resolution will have big impact on quality but also it will improve FPS,
try lowering quality of textures,
turn off shadows
turn off antialiasing
sometimes vertical sync can be a problem
also reflections are very heavy :D.
keep everyting minimal and see how GW works.
Then try to increase one thing and see if it is still acceptable, then rise another thing.
If turning and lowering details won't work then u need to buy different notebook.
Hope it helps.
EDIT: awww the AlienWare notebook is sweet for your needs :D and not so expensive. - depending on country u live in :) (cuz here it would cost 3 times more ;) - palyed with customizer - u need to add $450 to the listed price if u want GeForce7600 in it and more RAM :(

Depending on the notebook you can upgrade the video card. Gaming laptops such as ones by Alienware, Dell, Asus and Acer are all capable of graphics upgrade as long as you purchase the right model.

Hi, your framerate will rise to the sky, if you buy a better grapgic card, I bought a Nvidia 8800 GTS and my framerate is unstoppable, truly, i can advise you to buy a new one ;)

8800GTS is a desktop card, not for notebooks. But yeah, Nvidia 8series will make your fps go skyrocket. Downside is is that you'll need to have a fat wallet for it. So yeah... Maybe you're better off buying a new notebook instead.

I didnt read all the responses, however you CAN upgrade a laptop's graphics card, however if you do not know how to do so, DO NOT DO IT
it is just like a regular computer however, it will be much more costly to get a laptop graph card and harder to find as well. it will be easier to just get a new Laptop
my graphics card sucks lol
FPS isnt bad, but when smoke comes out in squares, fire doesnt move, and some npcs dont have hair... you know its bad

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but this is what comes in the model you have "Mobile Intel® 943GML Express chipset with integrated 3D graphics, featuring Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator (GMA) 950 with up to 224 MB of shared system memory takes on hi-def applications and displays brilliant, graphics-intensive imagery.
"
It is an embeddded video chipset so you can not upgrade it. I would suggest a ram upgrade as the video is shared memory.
