So, after I get my Spines/Regen to 50, I was thinking of trying out a MM set, preferably Thugs. Anyone know a good secondary set that compliments thugs and is easy to solo with? (Hopefully a build, too.)
I was thinking about poison or dark, as from what I've seen in Siren's Call, they are the main PvP sets and kill very quickly.

I like doing traps with my MM. Since thugs are ranged, the force feild generator is awesome for them. And the other traps are just so fun to play with.
Force Feild and dark are very fun sets also.

Well, I decided to go with Traps because it looked like one of the funnest powersets - And it had one of my favorite powers....Web Grenade!! (great for pvp jumpers/flyers)
But if anyone has a totally different opinion, you can still let me know... he's only lvl3 atm ;p

Thugs/DM or Thugs/Poison work well. I would give a build but i'm working on one now. Something to get started, you can skip all the personal attacks in the Thugs set, and grab everything, but Black Hole, from the DM set. Pick which ever travel power you feel comfortable with, I went with Fly, but TP works as well...

I realize this is an older Thread, but the conversation here seems to be along the lines of what I am doing. I have a level 28 Thugs/Traps MM and was wondering if anyone else has any opinions on the sets?
