Has anyone any idea of when the Treasure Chests in Elona reset, I have waited over a month + and it has not reseted yet. This would help tonnes, instead of goin out and wasting my time with them. Thank you

To my knowledge, it's every month, but you need to not try and open the chests any time within that month, or the timer resets. That's the info I've heard, really don't know how reliable it is though. I've also heard that waiting around 5 weeks gets best results in terms of gold drops.
Wiki has barely any information on it either, and Anet have not released any official info on how often they reset.

Also, they will never reset unless you have opened every single one of them, and the timer goes from whenever it was you opened that last one, I think.

Not sure about that bit brynden, pretty sure i've re-opened withing have done all of them previously. I often don't bother the with the harder to get to ones.

I too believe it's every month that they reset, dunno about needing to open them all as I leave them till i can get to them all anyway.
I generally try to leave them a month and a half, as I've had experiences of going treasure running a month after I last opened them and getting nothing but purples and severely reduced cash amounts dropped for me.

My last run through these chests was pretty abismal. It'd been 2 months since I last plundered them all - started from the RoT chests and worked my way down to the Desolation, Vabbi, Kourna and finally Istan. It normally maximises the possible sale value with rarer skins and better stats and such, but not this time.
I was cursed. The first two chests in the RoT gave terrible golds, and EVERYTHING else was a purple. It was only worth doing for the platinum, but then again 15k isn't a lot.
Either way, best of luck to you - hope you get something really nice!
