now i'm 19 lvl dark mystic and i want to know whitc is the best Dark wizard or Shilen oracul ?

Well, the answer is: 'What is your gaming style?'
If you prefer killin' mobs and PvP - go for DW, if you like to support - go ShO. I started playin' as ShOr - and after reaching lv.35 got deadly sick and tired of endless 'buff plz' - so I got mad and now I am leveling up a DW-Ph.Sum.
There is no problems with leveling being a S.O. - go and get 'The sweetest venom' quest, then, when you get some killin' device about 1kk cost - maybe Mystic Staff or something even better - D grade, of course ^_^ - go to Execution Grounds, then hunt Fettered Souls near the Death Pass. Empower yerself, then root the monster and disrupt undead. Thats the stuff ^_^
And dont worry about blessed spiritshots - if you go to level up - then be ready to spend some money - anyhow, you still will be in +.
But still, if you have some friends-wizards here - go Sh.Or. - they will be f**in' crazy about Empower - it's about +100 matk at lv.35 with a good device. If not... well, like me ^_^

I think Dark Wizard are better. Later on you can become a SpellHowler which I am going to be and do massive ammounts of damage. In case you don't know Dark Elven SpellHowlers are the most powerful mages in the game.
It is true that people go crazy for buffs from Shillien Elders. They are arguably the best buffers in the game. They have Empower, Mental Shield, Recharge which people go crazy for. With a Shillien Elder you will easily get into a clan and that can be useful as they will probably dress you up as you are an important part of the clan.
Now if you are a real player. Do a Shillien Elder and join a clan. Ask them to dress you up and when they do ask for little gits or things like that and instead of giving your money, resources and things that you find to the clan keep it to yourself and save up money. Then when you have enought money saved start a new hero buy him the best gear and level him quickly to become a Dark Wizard. He will level quickly as you will have good gear and not have to save up for it. But don't forget to level up you Shillien Elder and keep getting stuff from the clan.
It is a very good and happy strategy. That way you get a powerfula wizard about to be a SpellHowler and a Shillien Elder who is good for buffs. Then you can play with boh heroes whicever one you like most. But then again it is only a suggestion, if you don't want to do that then don't. Some people act as good heroes and give everything to the clan that they find but believe me 75 percent of the clan members will hide things for themselves and act as they are broke and save up for themselves as much as possible.
