Ok. I downloaded the Guildwars Client from guildwars.com, and I did everything it said, I thought. But instead of having the normal Guild Wars thing that you get when you install it from the discs, I have the icon on my desktop labelled "GWSetup Shortcut." And when I open it, it asks if I want to run itfrom where it is, reinstall it to where I am now or uninstall it. Does this happen for everyone?

What you downloaded was the installer. You will have to first install it to play it.

umm...well, I've sort of run it a bunch, except that my video card is too old, so it doesn't actually start. I just get that message telling me I need a new video card. Maybe that's keeping it up, I don't know.
