I know that energy defense brutes have a resist to tp, as do certain other sets... but as far as powerpools no such luck. You can always take the defense route as tp foe requires a hitcheck, and if they can't hit you they can't take you.

Actually...there is ONE power that does give rez to teleport foe that's a pool power - Phase Shift.
The only annoying part is that you need two other stealth powers to get it :(
If they can't touch ya, how they gonna teleport ya? :)
Oh, and btw - /EM and /Elec Brutes get teleport resistance, but if your not that type and dont wanna have to get Phase, you can always pop an Orange right before they tp you so, Oranges have a -Teleport effect.

Easiest way to avoid TP foe, pop a couple sturdy's, makes ya resistant to tp :)

Increase Density from Kinetics gives resistence to teleportation.
Rooted (Stone), Grounded (Electric), and Entropy Shield (Energy) all supply resistence to teleport for Brutes.
Entropy Shield from Energy Aura provides resistence to teleport for Stalkers.
Thats all villains have going for them for inherent resistence. As was mentioned earlier, popping Oranges of all sizes provides teleportation resistence. It won't help you if you are already in animation for the teleport though. If you think you are gonna be ported, pop one.
There are some tricks to be used if you are being ported though. If you have a PBAoE attack, such as Footstomp, use that as you disappear. You'll pop into existence with damage in their face more often than not, and you can keep going from there. Another trick is to start moving, and keep moving. You'll still be popped down to the location they chose, but you'll be able to jump/run/fly away, barring any tricks they may have to prevent that.
Good luck out there, my evil brethren!

One other trick, which depending on your reaction time might be luck or not, is to use your own Teleport power if you have it.
I've had many occasions on my stone tank, where both knowing and not knowing a TP was coming, I'd be teleported to the trap, and instantly teleport to the place I chose to go.
Proved quite fun to do when villains would camp the hospital en masse and try to tp me out.

I thinks its Static Shield for /Elec Brutes, not Grounded

I wanna try a Circle of death on my MM(Soldiers/Traps), how hard would that be in PvP?

Circle of death? Do you mean when you tp someone into an ambush of posion traps and such?
If thats the case, then once you get practiced in it, then it'll be cake to mow down just about anything. Poison trap's vomit effect is one of the most annoying things to take on, and web grenade+caltrops will stop any jumpers floating around you.
And keeping your Lieutenants and boss pets in Bodyguard will keep you from being beaten to a pulp.
