Galie Gray arrived at Gunnar Hold today, She said the following:
1.They will SOON release something to prevent leechers/leavers
2.There may be more playable races in GW2 that weren't annouced
3.There may be a new French/American Districts
4.There will be a far more advanced, user-friendly trading in GW2
5.There will be events happening in EotN (Such as Holidays)
6.Click for info on how to get the miniature destroyer

You get the destroyer in the American PC gamer GW edition. God I can't wait for it, just renewed my PCG subion today, oddly enough.
Anyway, good info. Can't wait to here more on the races in GW2 and the festivals in gwen. Maye one of them will be the celebration of something in norn history, or possibly the anniveery of the sering... Anyway they do it it'll be awesome.

I would of done the common "picture chat log". But thats a pain in the butt. Also Galie made clear that she HATES racism.

A tough customer eh? well I think Galie said something about changing the hall of monuments, but I would have to check my screenshots. I will do it tommorow, Because its exactly 10:08 PM where I live, and that means bedtime!

Oh, and they better correct the Hero AIs because it is seriously flawed.
New french districts? There are already french districts :/

Smiting Prayers getting nerfed? Oh...come on!! Seriously! That branch of skills is already the MOST underused in the entire GW series!
A monk with smiting skills? Holy crap, let's kick him/her from the team!
That's the reality, NO ONE wants a smiting monk in their teams! And now they want to nerf it? Sure, then even more people will not accept smiters in the teams! Why not delete the entire attribute, it is utterly unpopular.
(and no, I love smiting, but I can't get in anywhere with smiting skills and it is so annoying. All they want is Heal or Prot monk. If they further nerf it...lol)

55 hp monks are not strong because of smiting prayers. They use what...1 smiting prayer skill? You can't nerf the 55, you would have to modify protection prayers, smiting prayers, no-attribute skills, divine favor...so technically the entire Monk class.

True true. but if they nerf smitting they'll probably also nerf SOJ. it would be hard farming trolls if your only attack skill doesn't do much damage.

well not fully but yeah
nerfing SoJ will cause some or most builds to not work or word good leaving some 55hp solo builds to be useless
however most other builds go with SB making the monk invincible versus spells so going with some1 else (necro,ranger or w/e) you can still farm most places but then with less profit.
if they really want to nerf the 55, theyll have to change some skills from other proffesions like SS

I have to say i am annoyed by the possible 'nerf' of smiting prayers, Few enough ppl use it as is in the day to day playing of GW, it's only used in Farming, and now ppl are going to make it harder for those of us that actually want to use smiting/do use smiting, as part of day to day PvE by not only nerfing smiting but changing divine aswell? O_o
Not happy :(

Also, if they are nerfing smiting just for 55 monks, they seem to have not realised that 55 monks don't all use SoJ, most do because it's faster but...IW + a scythe works just fine, so they going to nerf illusion magic next?

Well can we blame them? Those soft foam Nerf Swords were so much fun to batter each other with when we were little kids. What's wrong with trying to force everyone to relive our childhood in a game?

But seriously, the nerfs are annoying but hopefully they'll buff something else properly to compensate. We'll just have to wait and see what they're going to do, no use getting all riled up just yet.
That destroyer mini looks cool though. Hopefully I can find a pc gamer in Oklahoma. It was like searching for a needle in a haystack last time when they did the gray giant mini. And I never could find the Asura issue :(
