| Shadow priest in need of help! |

|
I am a shadowpriest, and im pretty far into engineering/mining. Im considering to switch from mining, to tailoring for frozen shadow weave set. I currently have around 10 shadow cloth, just waiting to max engineering.
But iu have a few questions for ampers.
How to max engineering, and how to max tailoring fast.

You're almost maxed with engineering, so don't really worry about it. As for Tailoring it's pretty easy just go farm or AH cloth.
Linen Cloth areas:
Any low level humanoid level 6+ can drop linen so probably the starting areas, ie: Durotar, Elwyn.
Wool Cloth:
Thistlefur Hold in Ashenvale north of Astranaar for horde.
or Stockades, Deadmines for ally.
Silk Cloth:
Scarlet Armory or Cath are really good places to farm them.
Mageweave:
The Dunemaul ogres in Tanaris, very fast respawn.
Runecloth:
Blackrock Stronghold in The Burning Steppes.
Netherweave:
Just about anywhere in Outlands, but Netherstorm is teh best imo.

the high level tailoring will kick your ass if you dont have an enchanter just FYI. Once you hit 300 it will cost you out the nose for mats on most servers. Arcane dust and prysmaic shards are NOT cheap.
Also i have wrote tailoring guides in OUR guides section as well.

I don't have a high enough enchanter to make the arcane dust. But on my server it is between 1-2g a dust. So yeah it gets expensive when you need about 100 pieces of imbued netherweave...at 2 dust a pop. But what I hate is to make soul cloth you need soul essence crap that drops in kara only.

If you intend on keeping engineering and making nothing else in bulk... then you could drop mining for another profession.
So yes, tailoring would be a good idea since nearly every single mage/warlock/spriest has the god damn FSW set!
On another note, it's pretty easy to get, and is around the same stats as items in Tempest Keep/SSC or even Black Temple and Hyjal Summit.

I haven't got my shadoweave set yet...your depressing me now..I think I will just go to bed and cry.
But soul essence is hard to get for me since I don't get to raid yet. Stupid guild won't get their butts a movin.

Yeah, but I want my soulcloth set. Got two of the patterns..which I found out today both drop in Kara...where my soul essence are..where I never get to go..where all my friends are but me...I am so left out thanks for making me cry man. Really hurt my feelings. Jk lol

Soul Cloth set is Arcane resist right? :o
Only useful in... High Astromancer Solarian fight? In Tempest Keep, far away from Kara dude :P

Hehe yeah I know. But I know some guilds going to do Tempest Keep who have no tailor. I love gold more than I do PvE :D. 400g a pop for most of the pieces of the set and since limited people can get it. I see money floating in front of me.

I would just like to point a few things out.
The eng gogs kick soem major @rse.
The arcane dust is cheap when u got a few guildies DEing every green you get.
Im very poor from buying shadowweave cloth.
Lots of guildies to give me ore and stuff, so im set.
But i wish to max engineering before i go into tailoring. Its an irish thing.... or maybe sumtin i promised when i was drunk. But w/e, im a Lepracan!
