cry of frustration -spell. if target foe is using a skill, that foe and all foes in the area are interrupted and suffer 37 damage
what mean this interupt skills? spells too? who made these deions and terms for anet dont care about clarity.

It means that when your target is using a skill, you and all the enemy's in the area are interupted. This means that spells also count

cry of frustration interrupts all skills, not just spells, this means it can interrupt attack skills and signets etc. the aoe interrupt applys to every action, even attacking i believe. hope that helps =)

and chants, rituals and more things? i think skill mean all things used by a foe.
looking on wiki at skills, there chants, for example are clasified as sub-skills... anet dont care about clarity. after 1 year i still dont got what is ... a skill.
then cry of frustration is one of the best skills lol, and cheap

thats easy. a skill is what is on your skill bar. so cry of frustration will interupt anything your opponent uses unless he is using something thats prevents interuption.

well there is the skill type : skill (troll unguent for example)
but when a descr iption says skill it means any skill used by the opponent/ally, always !
so cry of frustation will interupt any skill and even some actions if am right.

disrupting shot-if this attack hits, target foe's action is interrupted. if that action was a skill, you strike for +10...34 damage.
lol but wat else can be his action than a skill? so this shot always hit for 34 dam

well to explain to you how he got to that conclusion is that you're grammar isn't too great. it just seems to be that you are not native to english.

no...
if you are just attacking somebody then it wont hit for +34 dmg but if you interupt somebody using anything on their skill bar then it will add the +34 dmg.

with distracting shot you can interupt a normal attack as well but if its a skill it will get the additional 20 second recharge making d shot one of the best ranger skills in the game. and as people have said a skill is anything you can put on a skill bar. cry isnt great it has its uses but for a general dom mes the affect of an interrupt like power leak are more devastating in a typical balanced build.

well he obviously means your grammar, not that it really matters though...
disrupting shot will interupt any action, this includes attacking. so if the foe attacks he will get interupted but won't suffer the extra dmg since he wasn't using a skill.

yes, lets please not be beating up each other over bad grammar or spelling on the forums, seeing as this is an international site, available to anyone, anywhere.
in regards to Cry of Frustration, it's a great AoE interupt when used on tight groups. when it's used against me, it's just plain bothersome. =)

cry of frustration is one great skill to have in a bar on a mesmer, well in team pvp like ha or gvg, when you face a caster spike it can ruin a spike if you know how to use it :) .

cry of frustration-interrupts absolutely anything, although damage doesn't apply when interrupting a normal attack,only applies when the for is using a skill,namely,anything on his skillbar.
disrupting shot-interrupts interrupts absolutely anything(!!),damage bonus doesn't apply when interrupting an enemy that is moving, waving his hands, attacking normally, doing the warrior dance emote.again, skill is anything on his skillbar.
in short, skills in gw means anything that is being used i.e. meteor shower, power attack, aria of restoration, shadow refuge and avatar of balthazar
interrupt action- meaning, the skill can interrupt anything the foe is doing to(excluding moving and using emotes).note that activating stances and shouts(shouts, not chants) are instant and cannot be interrupted.
