the e-mail that you log into the game with? you will need to change it via your plaync master account.

gw account name...
that doesn't make too much sense, we got two as far as i know:
loginname e.g your email
charactername.
login/email:
changing this is quite easy, login, then go to manage account and there should be a ''change email'' option, fill in the new email and both adresses will recieve an email to clearify the choice of selecting another email for your account.
if you have registered on plaync and *tied* your account to it, you need to login at plaync and change it there.
character name:
only when a character's name is offensive and reported do you get a (ban &) chance on changing a character name, as far as i know, i've never heard anyone having a character name changed unless its the ''delete & make new'' method.
