Heya I recently got rank 10 on GameAmp (10) and got the power to give negative credability (insert evil laugh).
This is what it looks like:
It doesnt say anywhere when you can give negative credability but I guess its when you turn rank 10 at 1,520 cred

Hmmm...does that mean that if I give you -9 you'll lose that ability again?

Well, sometimes i agree that some people really, really deserve negative credit for just outright flaming and/or thoughtless comments :P

Yeah, I really looked forward to getting that ability, and I really enjoy having it. I really love being able to give out negative cred where it's deserved, since I can't just flame them.
