how did u meet ga

i want to know how u guys found out about game amp and what u were looking for when u found it
ill start i found ga (i don't know how long ago) i was looking for badges i think and it was the first ling that poped up it was very use full. i used the site alot and read all most all the post. but it was about a month after finding game amp that i actually made an account and met all of u guys. and im sooooo glad i found this site

i was looking for an sg that i could join when i came across the gameamp alliance...i thought it was a place sort of like x-play and g4 so i clicked on it...so glad it wasn't this place rocks!!!

by the way we should make like a u.s./canada/mexico map so we can have an idea of where all the coh players are at just so we have an idea cause i think im the only 1 in wa...just an idea

I came across GA from googling City of heroes, and found the site. Wanted to find more CoH stuff and found this....and then i registered to post on CoV part, and made a hero and came to this side....

I was doing a Google or Yahoo search for some information shortly after buying City of Heroes and installing it. And after reading the official forums for CoH I almost gave up on the blogs altogether. But after lurking here for some time and seeing how people responded to questions I got my nerve to start chatting.

Now they can't shut me up........

i was a true lurker before i created my first account here on ga. i mainly wanted to respond to some of the excellent pics from the members. but finnaly i got the guts to start posting and responding about some of the posts. and info about badges also.

mine was a google search just like many others. the official forums were a hostile, overwhelming place when i first got involved with coh. lurked a bit, made an account and i am here to stay. these are awesome people and really friendly. almost like a family.

exactly, and u guys cant do html on it. wii its nice and simple. wii is also about the size of 2 psps. yeah, its tiny!!

i think google is the main way people find this site, other then people directly sharing it, howelse?

and @ ron's sig - rap stinks, period. we're not eliminating it, were pretty much just saying "hey, i hate rap! i prefer to listen to actual music!" and last time either my post didnt get through or you deleted it. just makin sure.

Google here as well. About 6 months after I started playing, I was searching for more info. I had only played a blaster up to that point and was interested in other ATs in the game. The CoH Powers section is what got me hooked.
I really love the feedback section.

The coworker who introduced me to the game (who my wife, to this day, hates :p), showed me this site. Back in the days of Grif, Jeni, Phedre, Nakoma, Sapph, and of course, Mal. Some are still around, maybe not Cox, but still GA family members.

I belive I found GA so that I could post in forums about COH since my account was not active and I couldn't chat there...Then i met every1 here and I think I have posted here more than I have on the main site, sinec december 2X, 2006? I think, lol...

EDIT: I haven't gotten the internet channel on my Wii yet, but I do have my PSP that I recently purchased so ha!

I was invited here by Delphon who felt Gameamp had a great amount of useful info, which it always has. I started playing coh about 3 or 4 months before him ( March of 05 I think )and joined Gameamp in September of 05. Been here ever since.
