hey all, anybody got halo 3 yet, if so what's it like, compared to halo 2 and (if you've played) unreal tournament 2004?
is it as good as it's supposed to be?

it's really good. like really really good. i played through the campaign right when i got home from picking it up. very fun. it is a little overhyped, but the real attraction is online. online is what is going to make this game the killer ap for xbox360.
halo 3 is also the reason xbl is down right now too, i can barely get on, the servers are wayy overloaded :-p

watched my brother played it earlier. looked really good, the interface is better than in halo 2 imo. 250.000 people playing it then lol

i played it the day it came out. i totally love it! co-op is cool because your not all mcs(master chief), also 4 player co-op. also multiplayer kick butt. weapons do too, i own with the carrible heavy machinegun. warhammer pwns and and the howler kicks butt too(its my favorite dual wield).but i do like the new power-ups too. its a nice game overall.
p.s. it is quite shiny too. =)

got it, played it, beat it!
spoler! spoiler!
at the end there is a memorial commerating those who were lost in the battle to save humantity. all persons leave, as the camera slowely scrolls into something engraved on the memorial. the numbers 117.
spartan 117 is master cheif.
you never find out who he is, or what he is for that matter. and you never know for sure if he lived or died.
great ending imo
Edit: It has come to my attention that there is a cutscene after the credits...that may involve master cheif, gunna go watch it now.
And not telling you guys what happens...find out on your own. =D
