For Alliance:
1 quest starts in the East wing entrance, inside instance. Follow the imp to end and get the key.
1 quest starts from the shrine North of the Horde town in Feralas. Asks you to kill the bugger imp. End result is some 2h sword worth 4.5 gold.
1 quest starts in Feathermoon inn. Lethalas or something was needed to kill for web, end result is small change and a dagger.
1 quest starts in some random place, I believe from Moonglade big house South side of the town. Nevertheless, if you kill the boss in end of East wing, after that you can loot the thing from the ground. If you have the thing or start the quest in Moonglade, nevertheless the next step is to go to Silithus and get Dusty Relinquary (Thott and Allakhazam have map point to it) and then return with that and the looted Felvine shard to Moonglade. Give the looted item to quest giver (do not combine yet).
Take the follow up quest of Shards of the Felvine and combine the shard with the box. Reward is either Milli's Shield or Milli's Lexicon (choose one).
All in all, in short while got 0.1556 reputation to Cenarion Circle and some minor to all Alliance and couple new reputation families.

There is also Elven Legends which is obtained in Feathermoon. This quest completion comes in the north or west side of Dire Maul so no writeup just yet.

Elven Legends: (Horde link and Alliance link)
For the alliance, this is obtained from a Scholar Runethorn in Feathermoon, and is completed by examining a skeleton in the Library in the Northern Wing of Dire Maul.

(Note: some undead priests have been reporting that they cannot get this quest. Just a heads-up)
Shards of the Felvine (quest link) is the name of the Moonglade quest Timo described. For the alliance, you can start this quest line by speaking to a dwarf in Ironforge (in the Mystic Ward) who directs you to speak with the Archdruid in Darnassus. The Archdruid directs you to speak to a druid trainer located lower in the tree (Mathrengyl Bearwalker is his name, I believe; you pass him when heading to the Archdruid), who directs you to talk to Rabine Saturna in Moonglade. Rabine sends you to Silithus (quest link), and once you turn that in to him, then gives the Shards of the Felvine quest.
You can obtain the shard without the quest and then get the quest later, as Timo described, or you can get the quest first. It is important to note that you should not combine the shard with the reliquary until you have finished the pre-req for this quest. Combining before you turn in the reliquary from Silithus will result in you having to get another reliquary from Silithus in order to finish the pre-req quest.
