Medicine Pool over Smoke and TP? 

I have been thinking about what I should get at 49, and I am yet to make a decision.

Originally I was thinking of getting Smoke Grenade but now I am rethinking. I am wondering if I should get The self heal in the medicine pool, skip Smoke Grenade, and drop TP foe.

Any ideas?

could we possibly get a few details on your build so we can help you make a more informed decision?
Perhaps info on your AT and primary/secondary and pools you have would help a bit.
perhaps even what you do with your build like PvE or PvP would help narrow it down a bit as well.

well i don't know much about smoke grenade, but i have the medicine pool on my lvl 33 blaster and it has saved my life a ton of times. I use aid self all the time, and i have saved myself from a bunch of debt.

If you want to use Trip Mines a lot you should pick Smoke, cause you dont have Superspeed as a travelpower, which would make you invisible to foes paired with cloaking device.

Otherwise...your using TP Foe to get the foes into your Mines, right?

But Aid Self is always a good choice.
Can't do much wrong if you pick it.
But you need to "waste" a power on the requirement.
