I just bought eye of the north, and though I didn't do much searching I can't seem to find the quest that enables me to go there. Can anyone offer some help? where is the starting quest located?

Hello.
Try Len Coldoron near the Fountain in LA, The Minister of Maitnence in Kaineng or Bendah in Kamadan.
Edit: You have to be lvl 20

i just tested it you dont, my monks not ascended in anyway what so ever and i just got to eotn :PPPP
