| 1st Cavalry...Past.....Present....Future |

Seldom does a unit go out of it's way to bring the fun back to gaming. However, today we have.
Following an unfortunate event that had the 1st Cavalry Division Gaming Coalition shattered and divided, we pushed on in the traditional way of the cavalry trooper. In the last few weeks, we have rebuilt and came out ahead. We have decided to adopt a new way of gaming. By bringing back a game that got it all started...........Battlefield 1942. Upon that decision, we decided to go a step further...to represent the cavalry in true tradition, but in the future on Battlefield 2142.
What does this bring us?
The 1st Cavalry Division......Past............Present............and Future.
This opens up new levels of gaming, new ideas, just more than I can even type up here.
Now what does this mean for you?
Like to fly? Jets, WWII Fighters, Futuristic Air Combat? We have it
Like naval battles? WWII Fleets slugging it out. Battleships exchanging broadsides or landing crushing land based units with their massive guns. Silent and deadly submarines laying waste to enemy carriers. We got it.
Like the Future? Deadly biped walkers stomping the enemy out. Enormous titans hovering over the battlefield....we have it.
What is to come? The \"First Team\" has always been about military realism mixed with keeping it fun. This means opening up new games. We have plans for Armed Assault, Americas Army, and more as the membership allows.
In short, the cav took a hit with this recent split. However, we have pushed hard and worked late hours to keep her alive and well. And we have succeeded. Now is the time to be part of something special. Come see what having true military dedication mixed with all out fun feels like. Go first team.

The \"First Team\" is still looking for those dedicated members interested in realism gaming. Don't be sucked into those oversized groups that list you as a number and make you sit for 3 years before you even get a promotion.
We actively recognize enthusiasm, dedication, and skill. And promote accordingly.
We are currently recruiting for these following platforms:
*Battlefield 1942:Forgotten Hope
*Battlefield 2 to include all 3 expansion packs.
*Battlefield 2142 including Northern Strike
*Call of Duty 4
*America's Army
Of course our members enjoy other games as well. I personally enjoy instrument flight on Microsoft's Flight Simulator 2004 and often help my members learn the fun of civilian aviaition.
