Peacebringer Help 

My lv.17 Peacebringer, Rhyden, is going strong so far. I've decided to go all human with him and so far so good. Here is a build that i just put together. I think my slotting might be bad as i feel there are so many good powers but not enough slots to go around. Heres the build, any help on slotting would be nice:

Lv.1 - Gleaming Bolt (2 acc.)
Lv.1 - Incandescence (1 dam. res.)
Lv.2 - Gleaming Blast (1 acc, 3 dam., 1 end. red.)
Lv.4 - Shining Shield (2 end. red., 3 dam. res., 1 Aegis +Psi res. +Mez res.)
Lv.6 - R$adiant Strike (2 acc., 3 dam., 1 end. red.)
Lv.8 - Essence Boost (3 rech, 2 heal)
Lv.10 - Swift (1 run)
Lv.12 - Build Up (3 rech.)
Lv.14 - Health (1 heal)
Lv.16 - Quantum Shield (2 end. red., 3 dam. res.)
Lv.18 - Incandescent Strike (2 acc, 2 dam, 1 end. red., 1 rech)
Lv.20 - Stamina (3 end. mod)
Lv.22 - Pulsar (2 acc., 2 disorient, 1 rech)
Lv.24 - Conserve Energy (3 rech.)
Lv.26 - Solar Flare (2 acc., 2 dam., 1 end. red., 1 rech)

Lv.30 - Combat Jumping (Karma: KB Protection)

Only thing I would suggest is drop either the glinting eye or the gleaming bolt and split the slots with your more powerful attacks.

Another thing with my PB is no glowing touch, no light form and no Quantum flight. I cranked all the slotting you placed in those in my radiant strike, incandescent strike, solar flare, and stamina. Just my build. I also did not slot so many in my dawn strike (1 acc 2 damage). Your build is very balanced. I built a major combat machine, a support fighter for scrappers and tanks with decent ranged attacks. Also keep your eye on IO sets, you get more "bang for your buck".

On the slotting of Light Form, you do not need to slot 3 damage resists since you've already fully slotted Shining Shield. You will reach the resist cap of 85% with Shining Shield when using just one damage resist IO in Light Form.

In Pulsar, I would replace the recharge for another accuracy to make it more effective against minions in rugged and invincible missions.

I would not pick Combat Jumping to slot Karma: KB protection because Combat Flight (a free power at level 10) is already a good counter against knockback. That should save you 3 million influence :) I would skimp out on slotting Glinting Eye to slot up Combat Flight to make it more effective.

The Aegis +Mez Resist provides only 20% protection (it's also 5 million influence atm, very expensive!), so adding a controller or two to your team is still needed to get proper defense against mezzes. To avoid that hassle altogether, lose Glinting Eye and another power to pick up Jump Kick, Combat Jumping, and Acrobatics. The only thing that will get you now would be disorient effects.
