| 2 GW accounts one has constant disconnects |

Hi All,
I have 2 GW accounts. i can play with no problems, the other i get disconnected as soon as it loads error 007, i have tried both acounts from 2 different pc's and get the same result, so i know its not my ISP. i was wondering if anyone else has seen this, or knows what could be causing this?
thank you in advance for any input or advice.
I did submit a ticket to tech support, just wanted to get some of your input

Unfortunately I can't help with your problem, but I'm sure someone else can.
It seems interesting, have you ever been able to run the two accounts at once?

and yes i have been running both accounts at the same time for a few months, with no problems. its weird, cause i can log into the account i play mainly, everything works great. log out then onto the other account and it just keeps disconnecting, and the latency when i can see it before i get kicked off is over 4,000. but on my other account its never higher than 900. it makes me think there is something wrong with the server that the one account is on.

i didnt say that was nothing, but how can 1 account be under 900, then turn around and log into the other account, on the same computer have 4000??? looks more like a problem on their end.
FYI, i will always have high ping rates due to the fact that i have satellite internet. i have been playing this game for 2 years on satellite, and this is the first time ive seen anything like this.

you can actually run 2 accounts at once....as one of my friends does it sometimes...

i do run them at the same time, but kinda hard to do now, with getting disconnected every time i log onto the 1 account.

It could be the cause of anet, Maybe they added a simple base line code that looks for 2 ips and disconnects 1 of them. It could be but it's just a guess.

I have several accounts and almost always run 2 at a time. I have even run 4 accounts sometimes to do runs of new characters (using 2 computers). I am on cable and have not had a disconnect problem although my ping is rarely over 200ms. I would suspect that the high pings may be triggering the disconnect but whatever the cause I wish you success in setting things right.

thanks for the input everyone. :)
i hope they find out what is causing this. just think its kinda weird that ive been running both at the same time for months, and now i have problems with that one account, and only that one account.
