Max % of powers 

I'am looking for the MAX points aval. for powers.
It seems that I'm loseing aprox. 10% of my powers power.
Pulse Riffle Burst sloted at 106.7% but only reflecting (on mouse over) 96.2% is this my missunderstanding ???

It sure is mine. Not quite sure what youre asking here, did you slot your Pule Rifle Burst with Dmg enhs and hoped to get an increase above 100%, or are you asking how many powers you can have in total, or are your powers' effectiveness degrading in some way?

i believe anymore on any one power the max % is 100% but the closer you get to 100% the less you actually get from the enhancement. the demenishing return was actually part of I6 or I7 update.

Let me collect myself a bit. . . Okay, 1: Techno, why on earth would you want to waste slots maxing out an MM attack power? On second thought, why would you even take that power to begin with? My suggestion is that you respec out of it, or at the very least, if you're dead-set on having it however much it may weaken your build, don't waste slots on it. 2: Midnight, you're cool, don't try to think about it too much. He basically doesn't know about what I'm going to mention in 3: Asani, it's called Enhancement Diversification. It came about with the release of I6 and here's a guide on it.

Unfortunately this thread doesn't quite qualify for the EPIC PHAIL MANEUVER SEAL OF APPROVAL because Asani almost guessed the right Issue. Better luck next time.

An interlectural question ill give you that, but i must also side on the fact that masterminds have little need to attack for themselves past level 12, but if you feel its that important to you do as you wish, its your build and your toon and if your mind is set let nothing sway it.

That is entirely true, however, I must say that there are (unfortunately) people in the game who only believe in min/max builds, which means that a Mastermind build with an attack for concept (for example, a Thugs Mastermind with Empty Clips just to show off his/her pistols) will not be invited to groups simply because he is not as powerful as he could be.

Asani answerd best ....100% BUT... "diminishing return".

Soo,follwed the link (tnx Mzzkc), got it.

Due to Enhancement diversifications diminishing return,
Once you reach a point where you’re approaching 100% effectiveness of an enhancement,
it’s going to start working less.

The MM itself is a support AT. All damage MMs do should happen through their pets. Everything else should either be a buff, a de-buff, or something that keeps the MM from dying. The most significant thing an offensive attack power would do for the MM would be draw aggro toward it. Even fully slotted the damage dealt would be minimal and therefore would have very little effect on the enemies health bar. However, if you replace that power with a power that de-buffs the enemy or a power that buffs your pets/team-mates, the effect on the battle is much greater. For example, if you take Tar Patch instead of Pulse Rifle Burst your pets are not only doing more damage to the enemy via a resistance de-buff, but the enemies are also slowed, cannot fly or jump, and best all you are doing it to more than one foe at a time. In another example you could take Assault which would allow your pets and Team to do much more damage than you could ever do with that one attack. That's the basics of it. It more and more complicated the further you get into, but that should clear up my views on it.

Thanks for the response.
I think I have a differant view/version of MMs,
thats not saying that I don't see your point, I do,
I think that maybe its my playing style,
I like to get into the action, my bots and I deal out a significante amount of dammage,
and defensively speaking not much gets in and what does doesn't last long.

MM R T mastermind robotics traps.

mzzkc is right. if you have a mm, you should be more on enhancing your pets and all of your buffs/debuffs. but if you want an attack it cant hurt. i have a merc/poison mm and i put all my pets and debuffs first. any extra slots i have after i might put into the gernade or slug, but you dont want to go crazy. your best bet with a bot/trap is to work on your debuffs first, pets second, and if you decide to take attacks- them third.
