Another fire/kinetic build 

Okay...this is probably my fifth build. But I'm just not happy with the one I'm using. I plan to use this build for occasional arena dueling, farming missions, and helping to kill AVs.

(This is the first time I've exported something from Mid's, so it might be a little buggy >.<)

Suggestions please :-D

I'm planning to either go with Fire Mastery, or Stone Mastery. I've been hating Psionic Mastery, I didnt know Psionic Tornado was a DoT. :p Fissure looks good because of it's Disorient and Knockdown effect, which I like. The damage difference between Fissure and Fireball isnt very bad, what with Fulcrum Shift. Also, you'll notice that I have NO damage IOs in fireball. I thought I didn't really need to, because I can easily hit the damage cap with Fulcrum Shift. Once I get the fire/kin build down, I plan to make a guide for it, so all opinions welcomed :-D
(The IOs in my current build aren't very good either, so if anyone could provide a nice IO build that would be great.)

Here's the final goal build for Blazing Peace, my fire/kin. Right now he has Stone Mastery, but I want Fire Mastery both for concept and for better single target DPS. As he is right now, his only limiting factor is the recharge of Fulcrum Shift. Considering I have a good many of the sets already built up, I should be considerably faster come I11, when I get a freespec to fix his build to the one below.

the only problem i can see is the fire imps' slotting. i realize that with FS constantly on them they wont need as much dmg slotting, but the acc could use another slot on it. other than that it looks great, and the IO sets you chose really made me re-think how im gonna slot my fire/rad.

Ahh, questions about the Imps. To be honest, the Imps are *not* the source of your damage. Once you go through your attack chain, there will not be much left for them to do. My build can easily handle the incoming damage, and can easily put out enough damage to wipe out all of the minions in the mob. That leaves the Lieutenants to take care of, and Hot Feet combined with Fire Cages can take them out. I find Imps as slotted will speed things up a little, but not too significantly. I've noticed many a situation where not having Imps out has resulted in smoother takedown of enemies, whereas having them out caused over aggro and a general slowdown of my farming. I still use them, because the majority of the time they speed things up, but I have a bind set up to instantly dismiss them all if the situation would get worse from their antics. Personally I wouldn't slot them at all, except that Blood Mandate gives a 1.5% recovery boost with two enhancements slotted, and Fire/Kin is a very endurance hungry build.

I want everyone to understand that the build I posted is not a good one for leveling up. Before Stamina having Hot Feet is very annoying, as you'll often have no endurance, right when you need it most. And Imps as slotted are fine for after you have Fulcrum Shift to cap yours and their damage, and Fireball to put out massive AoE damage. If you want a leveling build, let me know and I'll post one up. Then you can use a respec of any kind to get to this more final, farming build.

For mine I went with most of the power choices, but chose some less expensive IO sets. For instance, I wanted Scirocco's Dervish for Hot Feet, but could not (or chose not to) afford some of the recipes. Instead I went with a 4x Pacing of the Turtle for the +ACC. Ring of Fire and Fire Cages were 4x Trap of the Hunter, again for +ACC. Fire Blast was slotted 4x with Thunderstrike for +ACC. I am still working on Fireball which I eventaully intend to slot 5x with Positron's Blast.
